Do you ever go through any day and feel like you weren’t doing much or anything for that matter? Perhaps you even have a to-do list but you can’t seem to finish up everything on that to-do list.

Consider sleeping no more or less than 7-8 hours every day and ensure that you are constantly sleeping the same consistent time every day.
2. Have A Routine
Establishing a routine of your own is vital for wanting to maximize your productivity throughout the day and ensure that you get things done. Think about what time you want to have lunch, and Set a cut off time of how long you want your lunch to be. Be consistent with your routine. If you’re planning to wake up at 6:00 am, make it a point to wake up at 6:00 am every morning.
3. Jot down what you need to do
Although it might seem a little tedious having a to-do list. That’s far from the truth at all!
