1. Get enough of sleep

Consider sleeping no more or less than 7-8 hours every day and ensure that you are constantly sleeping the same consistent time every day.
2. Have A Routine
Establishing a routine of your own is vital for wanting to maximize your productivity throughout the day and ensure that you get things done. Think about what time you want to have lunch, and Set a cut off time of how long you want your lunch to be. Be consistent with your routine. If you’re planning to wake up at 6:00 am, make it a point to wake up at 6:00 am every morning.
3. Jot down what you need to do
Although it might seem a little tedious having a to-do list. That’s far from the truth at all! Writing down the things you have to do helps you be more organized and ensure that you’re not forgetting anything important that you have to do. Writing things down also helps you process information with ease and aids in focusing on the task at hand.4
4. Take Breaks
Taking breaks actually boosts your productivity more than you know. I’m pretty sure most of us have those moments where we’ve overworked, and stared at our work blankly not being able to think properly. Anything as simple as putting your laptop away for 10 minutes or so can help in increasing your productivity and even generate new ideas. So next time if you’re feeling a little lost in your ideas, go grab a cup of coffee or a drink, and relax your mind for a few minutes before resuming your work.
5. Ensure that you are eating healthy
I’m sure you’ve heard this a thousand times if not more, that eating healthy can help ensure that you have the energy you need to get through your day. Start with a balanced diet, then progress to exercising at least 3 times a week. Healthy eating habits can even affect how well you sleep at night. It’s all like a domino effect, isn’t it? With one event affecting another.
