Sae Ma Eul is very well-known for its fresh and chewy barbeque baby octopus. It was originally a delicacy that one of the Barrie restaurants came up with.
Apart from their BBQ set, a lot of people like their spicy rice ball. It comes with a bowl of rice, seaweed, and kimchi. It’s actually a DIY rice ball which you can mix all the ingredients, roll it together and barbeque it.

It travels all the way from Incheon, Korea to Malaysia. You can now find Apple + Meat at Apple Samgyupsal Bandar Puteri Puchong and Taman Desa, Old Klang Road.
“Samgyupsal” literally means “three-layered pork” in English. It consists of pork skin, belly region, and lean meat.

In Korea, Palsaik means ‘eight colours’ and Samgyupsal means ‘pork belly’. So, Palsaik Samgyupsal literally means eight colours pork belly. The designated eight colours and flavours are ginseng, wine, garlic, curry, herb, hot pepper and miso paste. The pork served is 100% natural in coloring and without flavor additives.

4. Hwa Ga Korean BBQ
Hwa Ga Korean BBQ specialized in serving Traditional Korean Cuisine such as roasted chicken and BBQ. Besides, traditional Korean cuisine comes with various side dishes including kimchi, soy bean sprouts, cucumber salad, steamed eggplants, stir-fried cucumbers, spicy radish, braised potatoes and etc.
Below is the lunch and dinner hour for barbecue buffet. Everyone can only spend a maximum of 2 hours for the buffet. Food wastage is not allowed, it will be charged accordingly.
Lunch – 11.30am to 3pm Adult – RM 39++ / Child RM 20++ (4 to 10 years old and height below 120cm)

As we are comparing Bako with other F&B outlets, Bako focuses more on the design of its outlet with Retro fashion. Bako specialized in varieties of local and imported pork meat. Their barbeque set comes with noodles, kimchi stew or seafood tofu stew and chicken wings.
As usual, Bako do provide refillable side dishes for every meal ordered.
Apart from classic barbeque that a normal Korean restaurant served, Bako provides seafood pancake and bibimbap set.
