It’s all about NEW for 2018- new government, new rules. How about giving your room a new look by de-cluttering?
2. Main masak-masak
Cooking can be relaxing and therapeutic! How often do you get to cook at home with all that’s going on with work and studies? The long weekend is the time to make your favourite dishes at home and enjoy them. Nothing is better than a home-cook food.
3. Exercise

Take some time to jog in a park and truly embrace the sore that results from your morning run. It’s also a good way to de-stress and realign your body and mind.
4. Try out something new
“If you want something different out of life, you have to be prepared to try something new.” -0— Karon Waddel.
It is important to make sure you don’t have to start off with overwhelming or overly challenging task. Try to have a simple task, such as sleep early and wake up early, eat clean, do some exercises and many moreeee.
5. Spend time with family and friends

It’s also time to pack up and visit your family who lives in a different city. Take some time to talk to your folks. If talking is not your thing, it’s always a good idea to treat them for a meal.
