It is always nice to greet and be considerate to those who are observing the holy month
of Ramadan. During the period of fasting, the Muslims will often feel tired or lack of energy. Therefore, play a small part to cheer for them by simply greeting them “Selamat Puasa” or things that are appropriate to say.
3. Visit Ramadan bazaar

As a Malaysian, it would be such a waste if you did not visit the month long Ramadan bazaar! There are various types of foods and drinks that you can get from there. It would be even nicer if you get some things from the Ramadan bazaar for your Muslim friends as a sign of kinship.
The Don’ts!
1. Do not eat & drink in front of the Muslims

During the puasa month, Muslims are not allowed to eat or drink during the day. Therefore, it will not be nice to perform such acts in front of them when they’re fasting especially in public spaces such as train stations or in the middle of the walkway in a shopping mall.
2. Do not be rude
Imagine if you’re the one who is fasting, would you like it if others treat you rudely when you’re already feeling exhausted throughout the day? Be patient to those who are fasting especially when you’re on the road after working hours.
3. Do not create fights

Muslims value to mend their relations with everyone despite of the mistakes on the part of others. So, do not pick up fights or create misunderstandings among each other. We should also support their values by reflecting on our actions, too!
