Hello Andrea! Tell us more about yourself!
Ecstaticly crazy, I care too much and people call me Wonderwomen.
Describe your sense of style in 3 words.
Minimalist, cool, classy.
How did you first discover you love for fitness?
When I went through and understood what fitness is all about, I use to dread going to the gym, thinking what any new gym goer would freak about (omg people will look at me, judge me, make fun of me, omg am I doing it right? How many reps do I do? Is my form even right?) all these questions did not deter me from my goal because my hunger for change was an appetite of a beast. I strip away my fear, my low-self esteem, my shyness (yes I am an introvert who acts as an extrovert) to really get down to opening up my mouth and mind to the world of fitness. I would ask around fitness guru’s, instructors, sat down with highly motivated individuals, took down every single shred of knowledge, read articles and thesis online to gain more information.
Fitness gave me a whole new perspective of what life is really about, dedication, hardwork, preseverence, and earning long term gratification. It thought me confidence, how to love myself & most importantly take care of this one vessel that I am blessed with. To get that ‘perfect body’, generally people would work their asses off at the gym 7 days a week and diet like a nun, but let me tell you this, God can give you a perfect body or face, but if you look into that mirror and still think you are fat and ugly? Then, you are missing the point of fitness.
What is a typical day in your life?
F-O-O-D! that is what I plan all day hahaha. Wake up, cook for myself, Read emails and of course go through my Facebook & Instagram feed before I start running around doing errands. I cook for my clients, therefore I am always shopping for the freshest ingredients for our meal preps. And then I’ll have 1-2 hours a day planning and creating content for my social media feeds and going for meetings and casting. Towards the end of the day, the MOST important part NEVER to me missed, I would train my clients & myself.
Share with us your workout regime! So envious of your hourglass shape!

Any life mottos?
You only have this moment, this life. What are you going to do about it? Every moment, every sec we are getting older. If you were on your death bed, would you have said you did whatever you wanted to do?
Who is your all time inspiration in life?
My mum.
What is the ideal weekend for you?
Me with my loved ones exploring the Australian coastal hikes just enjoying the cool breeze sweeping my face and watching the waves roll by & hunting for sea creatures by the shallow pools.
Which healthy eating café/restaurant do you always go to?
Healthy café or restaurant? Andrea Ong home cooked food! The prices are too steep eating at healthy café’s and restaurants hence I don’t eat out much!
Where do you see yourself in 2 years’ time?
Inspiring Malaysian women to have a #confidentmindconfidentbody.
