Malaysia Boleh!
With the 2020 Summer Olympics just a year away on 24 July 2020, athletes have been training and preparing rigorously for this event. This is their opportunity for them to shine on the world stage.
For Farah Ann, 25, things will look busier and more rigorous as she has been qualified for the 2020 Olympics for gymnastics. What is interesting about her win is that she is the only the 3rd Malaysian to qualify for the game!
She posted an Instagram post on her qualifying for the Olympics.
Her hard work did not come easy. She worked hard since she was 8 and tried to qualify for Rio 2016. Though she didn’t succeed, she kept her head up and kept on working on her dreams to qualify for the Olympics. The journey is long and hard, full of sweat and tears.
Her team was also made up of experts. Her coaches, Ng Shu Wai participated in the 2004 Olympics and Nataliya Sinkova is a gymnast expert.
With her Olympics qualification, she now aims to focus on the upcoming SEA Games held in the Philippines this December. We hope that you can win there!
Congratulations Farah Ann for the delightful news! Do keep up the hard work and take home the gold for Malaysia this 2020!
