Move aside #BirdBoxChallenge, for a new challenge has taken over the Internet and it’s about Shawn Mendes!
In a recent video posted by his personal trainer Josh Adamson, the singer can be seen performing three reps of the ‘jump squat’ with ease starting on his knees prior to jumping to a squat position, followed by a jump.
Though this isn’t the first time his personal trainer has posted a video of him working out, fans were too engrossed in that video in particular, so much so that they started the #ShawnMendesChallenge.
It may seem easy, but it definitely isn’t. Fans from all over the world made their attempts and let’s just say that most of them have failed hilariously.
