It’s normal for us to undergo stress as we grow older. Ah, how we wish we could just stay young forever!

1.Ask someone how their day is
Your colleague, your neighbor or your friend. We tend to avoid talking to people when we’re under stress so try reaching out to others and that might help you get your thoughts focused.
2.Make a checklist of all the things you want out of your life
To move to a different state, to make a certain amount of salary, to cook whatever you feel like cooking. Write it down and that will make your life more attainable.
3.Spend more time doing the things you love
Yes, going back to do your house chores are important, but that doesn’t mean you have to immediately work on it. Set aside some time to do the things you want, even if it’s just making your favorite diet bowl or your favorite snack.
4.Detox from your phone
We’re all addicted to social media, but does it help us mentally? The answer is no.
Social media is a place where you can find a lot of negativity. Put your phone aside and get a breather, drive to the nearest Starbucks and get yourself a cup of coffee. Because, who would’t feel better after a cup of Caramel Frappuccino?
5. Get some fresh air
Take a minute or two to let the fresh air rejuvenate you! It’ll freshen you up and make you feel so much better.
6.Write down everything that’s stressing you out and then determine what you have the power to change!
If you dislike the things you’re currently pursuing, try to change them. Stop doing things you dislike and have no interest in. Don’t like your job? Get a new one.
