Malaysia’s homegrown pop icon Alextbh released a new single and we can’t stress this enough. We’re OBSESSED!
Alex is no stranger in the local music scene. With singles like “Still Mine”, “Walls” that were released last year, Alex is back to wow us with his latest single, “No Space”!
Take a listen!
With over 20 million streams on Spotify streams to date, Alex goes all the way back to 2016 when he released his first ever track, “Stoop So Low”.
At only 21, this queer pop icon has released hits like “Stoop So Low”, “You”, “Like That”, and many more R&B –infused pop music.
He also did an opening act for Khalid back in 2018 at Urbanscapes.
He debuted his latest track, “No Space” with Wonderland Magazine and can now be streamed on music platforms.
“I wrote this song after a hookup one night. “The premise is pretty much ‘I wanted sex, I got it, I loved the feeling of it, and I want to share it.’ Alex told Wonderland Magazine.
He continued, “It’s liberating — both sexually and in writing. I went to Denmark fully prepared to make some sad boy shit, so it’s funny that this song came out of that trip. I guess every artist needs a bit of fun Scandi-pop in their repertoire”.
We are pretty sure this isn’t the last we see of Alextbh. He has recently announced that he is set on an Asian tour with Filipino-Aussie grown artist, Jess Connellyon, which honestly a musical match made in heaven.
