This is not exactly your DIY drink, but coconut water has got to be right on top of the list!
Coconut water from a young coconut will cool you down right away with its natural cooling properties. It is also packed with nutrients that helps replenish electrolytes and has a sweet refreshing taste. This will keep us hydrated and reduces stress and fatigue. Imagine it being served ice-cold, how perfect is that?
2. Cucumber Lemonade
Cucumber Lemonade is another phenomenal heat fighter in our crazy Malaysian weather!
Cucumbers are low in calories but high in water, soluble fiber, vital vitamins, minerals and other powerful antioxidants which makes them perfect for hydration and keeps the skin looking radiant and healthy while soothing you from the inside out. Lemonade, shares similar benefits as cucumber making them perfect when paired together!
It is great for hydration and has high Vitamin C content, making it sure to keep you hydrated and giving your immune system the boost it needs on a hot sunny day! Apart from that, it is a good breath freshener and skin astringent, making your skin looking tighter and smoother!
3. Iced Mint Green Tea
There is no doubt that this drink will be one you will be craving for on a hot day!
