1. Zip-line at these places:
Tunku Abdul Rahman Marine Park, Kota Kinabalu, houses the world’s longest island zip-line, and you can zip line in a bigger-scale version of the flying fox, which allows you to glide from the top to the bottom, giving you the thrill you need. And if that’s a little too far for you (Peninsular dwellers), there’s also the longest zip-line in Southeast Asia at Bukit Tinggi’s Colmar Tropicale Adventure Park, which measures to about 530m.
2. All-Terrain Vehicles (ATV) Rides at these places:
ATV Fun Adventure Marketing has over 20 years of motoring experience and is located in the heart of the city at Kampung Kemensah, Hulu Kelang, Kuala Lumpur. It offers a myriad of jungle trails for outdoor-enthusiasts and ATV lovers.

Desa Water Park prides itself in their variety of water rides and slides, however they also have ATVs for you to ride around with! Did you know that? I didn’t know that. Then again, all I do is Netflix.
3. Zorbing. What?
Don’t know what’s zorbing? It’s this amazing activity:
Want to roll down a hill inside a giant hamster ball? Then head on to Taman Tasik Titiwangsa! Literally fall head-over-hells with this extreme sport and do it in 3 different ways; Dry, wet, or hamster-style. Do keep in mind that if you want to do it hamster-style, that you have to be a minimum of 140cm in height and a maximum of 160 in weight (for 2 people). Booo… (…because I’m like 130cm).
Other places that you can try this insane activity out are at The Heritage Village, Seri Kembangan, The Cruise Tasik Putrajaya and The MAEPS (Malaysia Agro Exposition Park Serdang).
4. Fall in love with Bungee Jumping
Why bother flying miles away when you can bungee jump at Sunway Theme Park. You can jump from a height of 22m/72ft, which is the height of a 9-storey building, whilst being held by a 5.5m/18ft long bungee cord – which can stretch to about four times its length. You can find this activity in the Extreme Park section, pass the suspension bridge.
5. Skydiving
This is one of the activities I have on my bucket list and I do hope there’s no ‘minimum height’ for this one. Where can one get this insane adrenaline rush? Well, head on to Segamat Johor, or Taiping, Perak. Keep in mind that you must make prior arrangements with the Kuala Lumpur Skydiving Association to book a session. Duh. And of course due to the limited airspace, this is why you’re only allowed to skydive at these two places, and only during weekends.
6. Flyboarding
You know that cool video that has been circulating the internet a couple of years ago? This one:
Well, you can do this crazy stunt at Flyboard, Putrajaya. Whaaat?!
