This is just so tragic…

Sulli, whose real name is Choi Jin-ri debuted as a member of the girl band f(x) at just the age of 15 after being successful in auditioning for the band by SM Entertainment. She was in the band until 2015, where she focused on her acting career. Besides being in acting, she has also written songs.
In recent years, Sulli was plagued with a lot of controversies, receiving extremely negative comments from netizens due to her opinions, which was incompatible to Korean society.
Most shockingly, the South Korean police are not ruling out suicide in her death. The way that she was found implied that she ended her life. However, the police are investigating all possibilities before concluding the cause of death.
News of her passing has shocked fans and netizens worldwide. They were mainly shocked, as it came in out of the blue, and she looked all right the day before her death.
You can never really tell. This is Sulli a day before she decided to end all the pain ☹️😟#RIPSulli

If there’s 1 thing that we learn from the Sulli incident it’s that we need to realize that at the end of the day, idols are human beings and have feelings exactly like us. Think before you send hate comments. Don’t say anything you wouldn’t want to be said about you or your fave.

Netizens have compared her death to Jonghyun, who was also under the same SM Entertainment. He was found dead at his home in December 2017, which was later ruled as suicide.
Rest in peace Sulli, you will be dearly missed by your fans.
