4.Hiking
Hiking is quite normal among Malaysian but somehow it wouldn’t be the first thing that locals think about when it comes to activities to do here. Personally, we haven’t been to ALL of the hiking locations but the most memorable one for us is the Chilling River Fish Sanctuary where it requires hikers to cross rivers before reaching the peak. Lots of activities can be done here like swimming with the fish, sunbathing, picnics or even waterfall jumping!
5.Surfing
Never knew that you can actually surf in Malaysia? Well, you can!!
Surfing is a rare sport in Malaysia as there are only limited places to surf but good news everyone, there are also a few surfing communities out there that you can join! The best place to surf in Malaysia will be located on the peninsula’s east coast, one of it being Cherating, Pahang.
