It is scientifically proven that having a regular exercise schedule can combat depression and feel more energized throughout the day.
3. Make your bedroom a cozy place
It is best to keep your room free from distractions or anything that makes you feel uncomfortable to sleep in. This includes all electronic devices. Make sure you chose the right mattresses and pillows that suit you best because the wrong ones can lead to sleeping disorder.
4. Use aromatic essential oil
Diffuse aromatic essential oil in your room for a relaxing sleep. Imagine yourself in a room with a relaxing lavender scent! It will put you in full relaxing mode and your mind will be in resting mode which helps to put you to sleep.
5. Set a schedule
It is recommended by professionals to set a regular bedtime routine, which means going to bed and waking up at the same time everyday. While its okay to catch forty winks, try to avoid taking long naps during the day as it will disrupt your sleeping schedule and you’ll probably end up being a night owl.
