Today, marks an end for Tetris Battle on Facebook, as Tetris Online shuts down completely. (Check here if you don’t know what’re talking about)
Many games were shut down in the past years, and for most of us, those games held lots of memories. Virtually dueling with your friends, going to class discussing your next game-date when your parents allow you to get on the computer. There are lot of online gaming and esports betting sites, such as 메리트카지노, that will get you glued on to your screens because of how immersive the games are.
Here are some retired Facebook games that we all miss:
1. Pet Society
Developed by EA and Playfish Games, Pet Society is a virtual-pet game that allows us to groom, dress-up, and interact with our friends in our own customizable pet form!
It was shut down in 2013, but fret not, as there is another version that you can download on your phones, find out more about it here.
2. Restaurant City
Before Diner Dash, Cooking Rush or Restaurant Dash: Gordon Ramsay, there was Restaurant City!
Another game by Playfish Games, that was unfortunately shut down in 2012.
3. YoVille City
If you put Mii World and The Sims together, you would get YoVille. Who remembers attending parties and decorating your wardrobe and house in this game?
Now known as ‘YoWorld’, it was initially developed by Zynga and has now been taken over by Big Viking Games. Unfortunately, it was taken off Facebook in 2014.
4. Typing Manic
This game had us in fits! Typing Maniac got our hearts and fingers racing.
Developed by Metro Games, Typing Maniac was a typing game that allowed us to unlock powers that make your typing levels easier as the speed picks up in each level.
We don’t exactly know when it stopped working, or was shut down on Facebook, but if you miss Typing Maniac like we do, you can still play it here.
Developed by Zynga, this cute game that allowed us to virtually rear multiple fishes. Unfortunately, it was closed in 2012.
6. Mafia Wars
Mafia Wars was one of Zynga’s most successful game son Facebook. In this game, you build your own mafia as you rob other players and complete tasks and missions to level up.
The game was shut down in 2016.
7. Hotel City
Also one of Zynga’s, Hotel City was a game that allows you to create and run your own hotel. It was one of Zynga’s less-successful games, but it was nostalgic nonetheless.
It was shut down in 2011.
