Not a fan of coffee? Say no more.
via GIPHY Remember the TikTok coffee the Internet couldn’t shake off? Well it’s starting to morph into a handful of our favourite beverages. Think Milo, think matcha. Think dessert heaven. If you’ve got a seemingly insatiable sweet tooth, this just might be your holy grail cure. If you’ve tried your hand at Dalgona coffee and came out of the experience unimpressed, then we challenge you to try out these other creative versions of the caffeinated craze. 1.Milo Dalgona

What You Need:
- 2 tablespoon of Milo powder
- 2 tablespoon of hot water
- 2 tablespoon of white sugar
- Fresh milk
- Ovalette to produce the foam (optional)
Step 1: Put in the Milo powder, sugar and hot water into a bowl Step 2: Use a fork or an electric hand mixer, beat the mixture until it starts to thicken and foam up. Step 3: Put in the ice cubes, pour the milk into a glass and then top it off with the mixture, add in some Milo powder on top to make it look more aesthetic 😉
2.Dalgona Matcha

Ingredients:
- 1 tablespoon of Matcha powder
- 1 egg white
- ¼ cup white sugar
- ¼ cup water
- Milk
- Ice
Step 1: Separate the egg white into a bowl, then use a whisk or an electric hand mixer to beat the egg white until its frothy then becomes fluffy Step 2: On a stove, combine the water and sugar then let the sugar syrup simmer and avoid stirring the mixture! Step 3: Slowly pour in the sugar syrup into the bowl with the egg white and beat the mixture until its glossy Step 4: Add in the Matcha powder and whisk until the mixture becomes smooth Step 5: Pour the milk into the glass and add your ice. Last but not least, top it with the Matcha mixture.
