Yes, ladies and gentlemen you saw that right. The Queen of Cool who has taught us three rules last year on how to get over an ex (files) will be coming to Kuala Lumpur later this year for her own solo concert.
Dua Lipa whose presence is making waves in the music scene has made a name for herself as one of Britain’s rising stars with a few hit songs like Scared to Be Lonely, Blow Your Mind (Mwahh) and a recent release, IFGAF.
With her sultry voice and lyrics which we all can relate ourselves to, it is no surprise when she became the third most streamed female artist last year just behind Taylor Swift and Selena Gomez in our homeland.
Having released her eponymous debut album just last June, her single, New Rules which is the sixth song in the album achieved massive worldwide success which took the top spot in the UK charts. As a result, she won Best New Single at the 2017 Europe Music Awards, became the first solo female artist to have achieve the #1 spot in two years as well as being the first ever female artist in music history for receiving five 2018 Brit Award nominations.
It will be Dua’s second appearance in Malaysia as she was one of the acts who performed at Good Vibes Festival held in Genting Highlands last year.

Kuala Lumpur is the latest addition to her “The Self Titled Tour” in which, the British pop songstress announced recently on Twitter. She is set to perform at KL Live on May 3rd (Thursday). Tickets can be purchased from February 14th onwards via TicketCharge at the following tier prices: RM188 for the Upper Deck zone and RM238 for the New Rules zone, also known as the Lower Deck at the venue. All ticket prices are inclusive of 6% GST but excluding the processing fee of RM 4.
