Take a glimpse into a rare, never before seen in’s and out’s of Adele Chow’s life with the ups and downs that makes us all human, made possible with Sony RX100M7.
1. Professionalism =x= being rude

Adele Chow shows us how you don’t have to use the traditional method of FEAR to keep people in check, but rather niceties to inspire, build and command respect.
It’s amazing how a few simple words, a smile and a genuine heart can impact the lives of many and this is shown in her every day life, be it through her work or time spent with her family.
2. Auntie Life
Pretty sure that we always thought that celebrities or even people that we see on social media do their own grocery shopping, right? I mean, why would they?
But once again we’re proven wrong with #AuntieLife where we see Adele Chow darting around the isles with her husband, Lex Low trying to find what I assume is fruit cheese (ask her about her fruit cheese craze) and Ribena along with other groceries.
Eh, People have cravings too ok?
3. Vlog Smarter, Not Harder
Adele (Well actually Lex was the one on the camera, oops) shows us the way on how to vlog smarter by utilizing a shooting grip kit that was designed specifically for vloggers with their Sony RX100M7 during the church service, which includes the camera itself, a revolutionary grip that allows for ease of recording and zooming along with a place to attach your microphones and two rechargeable battery packs.
NOW THAT IS POWER!
So why work so hard holding up your phone struggling to zoom, switch between taking pictures and film when you can do all of that just from the click of a button.
4. Eye Contact

It’s never easy trying to maintain an audience’s attention.
But Adele shows us that by maintaining eye contact it draws you closer and makes you feel as if she’s speaking to you directly and you can’t help but notice her when she speaks, couple that with the inspiring stuff she parades almost daily, and you can see why she’s looked up to.
But then again, it could just be the camera’s real time tracking + real time auto focus doing the work. In other words, the camera that she is using- the _ is not just amazing for vlogging, it is also great for picture taking!
But eye contact, VERY IMPORTANT.
Don’t be disrespectful and look away when someone is talking to you.
5. Socialize & Rest

Many of us today are stressed upon the thought of rat race and paper chase, and this is especially true towards the traditional 9 – 5ers who are trying to climb the corporate ladder, we tend to sacrifice our weekends and free time to get work done before it starts to pile up, forgoing family, friends and socialization. While that is perfectly fine in the short term, it has devastating effects on your mental health in the long run. Throughout the video, Adele can be seen socializing with her friends, family and even the community within her congregation, it was a reminder for us to put our health above all else, for time can buy you money, but money will never buy you time.
