The latest ‘Shot on iPhone’ contest is all about the Night Mode.
Tech-giant Apple is starting the new year by celebrating more ways to shoot high-quality images on the iPhone with its wide variety of unique features.
And this time, Apple is encouraging the iPhone community as well as photographers to submit their best images shot on the device by sharing them on Instagram.
However, that isn’t all. Besides just using the latest iPhone model, iPhone 11, to shoot your images, it is also necessary to capture it with its Night Mode on!

Users are invited to share their creative night mode images using their iPhone 11, iPhone 11 Pro and iPhone 11 Pro Max. By tagging Apple’s Instagram handle and using the hashtag #NightmodeChallenge and #ShotoniPhone, you will automatically be entitled a spot in the contest.
Starting from today till January 29, Apple will be searching for the most unique Night Mode shots from users all around the world. A panel of judges from all over the globe including the United Kingdom, China and Singapore will be evaluating the submissions to reveal 5 winning photos on March 4.
The winners of this competition will receive licensing fees and social media exposure. Plus, the winning photos will be celebrated in Apple Newsroom’s gallery, Apple’s official website, and Apple’s Instagram page. The images may also be featured in digital campaigns, on their iconic billboards, at Apple Stores, or even in a third-party photo exhibition. Wow!
