Kylie Jenner, alongside her striking clone, takes a bold leap into the world of fashion in Acne Studios’ latest FW23 Denim Campaign.
The alluring photos, skillfully captured by Carlij Facobs, showcase the fashion icon embracing a daring look featuring a collection of distressed denim styles from the renowned Swedish luxury label for the upcoming Fall/Winter 2023 season.
At the heart of Acne Studio lies a deep appreciation for denim an “endlessly important material”, as described by the label’s Creative Director, Jonny Johansson. Each season, denim is reinvented, and this time around, Johansson has embraced simplicity and the allure of natural wear and tear.
The campaign presents Kylie Jenner in a refreshingly stripped-back setting, effortlessly embodying the essence of the collection. She effortlessly combines the new ‘2023’ ultra-oversize, unisex jacket with the timeless ‘2021’ mid-rise, wide-leg jeans. Adding to her ensemble, Jenner flaunts the collection’s fresh accessories, including the distressed leather Multi-Pocket bag and the latest seasonal eyewear.
Photographer Carlijn Jacobs aimed to capture Kylie’s self-assuredness and self-love, bringing to life the concept of “two Kylies” within the campaign. Jacob explains that the campaign aims to celebrate Kylies as a confident woman who loves herself and boldly embraces her desires.
Kylie herself expresses her enthusiasm for the campaign stating, “This campaign is one of my favourites. I loved working with Carlijn and
