ARMYS worldwide, rejoice! The K-pop juggernaut BTS’s long-awaited comeback is finally here and we could not be more excited for their musical hits and jams!
On the 7th of January, the parent company of BTS, Big Hit Entertainment, announced that the all-male septet would be releasing their brand new album titled Map of the Soul: 7 on February 21. The much anticipated announcement was made on Tuesday through their global fan community, BTS Weverse.

With pre-orders starting on January 9, the company also mentioned that ‘Additional details about the new release will be available on BTS Weverse and the Fan Cafe. We look forward to continued interest and support from all of our ARMY’.
While no more details have been disclosed at this point in time, the new name certainly caught the attention of many die-hard fans who had long been speculating that the name of the group’s new project would be either Map of the Soul: Shadow or Map of the Soul: Ego.
