Talk about a movie night!
If you want to watch some of your favourite movies, but don’t have the streaming app to do it: Don’t worry! Youtube has got your back!
Youtube is offering up dozens of movies that users can stream for free as people all over the world continue to stay home and practice social distancing amid the ongoing coronavirus outbreak.
Lionsgate, the Canadian-American Entertainment Company will be beginning a Lionsgate Live Stream on Youtube, showing amazing movies such as The Hunger Games, La La Land, John Wick and Dirty Dancing for free on YouTube on the next four Friday nights.
As of now, The Hunger Games has already been streamed on April 17th at 6pm ET (or Malaysia time, 6am, April 18th).
This experience will be hosted by Jamie Lee Curtis, who will be there to share her own movie making memories as she is joined by various celebrities and Youtube personalitues.
In this initiative, Lionsgate will make an initial donation to the Will Rogers Motion Picture Pioneers Foundation, an organization who dedicated their lives to helping workers impacted by the outbreak in the motion picture industry.
