This was resolved at a special GE15 meeting on Thursday (Oct 20) at the Election Commission’s (EC) headquarters, which was presided over by Chairman Datuk Abdul Ghani Salleh.

The nominations, early voting, and polling for the three state elections will take place on the same days as the general election. Other states like Melaka, Johor, Sabah, and Sarawak won’t be holding state elections because theirs just ended.
