And recently, “burned out” even got recognized as a chronic condition by The World Health Organization! Not to mention, Game of Thrones star Kit Harington is undergoing treatment due to “stress, exhaustion and alcohol use” reasons. Sounds like “burned out” isn’t something we should take lightly of especially in our fast-paced world today.
If you’re feeling stressed out from work, or feeling tired, try these 6 activities to help you cope with your stress better (because here at Sevenpie, we’ve got your back!)
1. Take a walk at the park
Research says 20 minutes of nature can lower stress hormones! Taking a walk at the park is a cost-free way and absolutely beneficial for both your mental and physical well-being. Take a walk down at your neighbourhood park or you can also check out these beautiful parks:

2. Pick up an exercise routine!
Now, this would definitely require some discipline from you! But hey, just take 30 minutes out from your day to do your favourite exercises and your body will thank you in the long run. 4. Try Gardening
