Step one: Search up and download the FamilyMart app. from Google Play or iOS App Store on your device.
Step two: Register yourself as a FamilyMart member.
Step three: Go to the Reward tab and redeem the birthday voucher.
Step four: Present the birthday reward to the staff at the outlet.
