This Bollywood goddess adores animals. So she started her vegan journey in hopes to put an end towards animal cruelty. As a result, she lost a bunch of weight and is in great shape. She also confessed that the plant based diet has helped boost her metabolism.
3. Evanna Lynch
Some of you may know her from the Harry Potter series as Luna Lovegood, a loving and maybe a little out of touch with reality in a totally unrealistic world of wizard. The actress who became a vegetarian at the age of 11 and transitioned fully to veganism 2 years ago after reading Eating Animals in 2013 when she came to understood how her vegetarian lifestyle was in contrast with her beliefs against animal cruelty.
4. Liam Hemsworth
The Hunger Games hunk who has been a vegan since 2015 couldn’t bring himself to eat meat again after finding out about the mistreatment of animals when he was gathering some information about it.

Canadian-born rock star Bryan Adams has been in great shape all these years due to his vegan diet since 1989. His change in diet was because he used to get sick after eating meat. Bryan is also actively involved with PETA (People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals) in support of animal rights.
