Here comes the Muffin Man, even extra light and airier than usual. Why? Cus’ he’s baked to perfection by air.
Yes.
We didn’t know air fried muffins existed. But we tried this recipe out, and let us tell you – we can never go bake to the regular ol’ oven.
Plus, you can’t really go wrong with classic pandan. So, let’s get cracking, fellas.
Ingredients (for 15 pieces):
(A)
- 1 1/2 cup of milk
- 1 cup melted butter
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 egg
- 1/4 tsp pandan flavouring
(B)
- 2 cups wheat flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp baking soda
Steps :
Step 1: Blend ingredients (A). Then mix it in with ingredients (B).
Step 2: Scoop in the batter into paper cupcake holders, filling about 3/4 of it.
Step 3: Pre-heat the air fryer to 150°C for 3 minutes.
Step 4: Cook it for 15 minutes.
And there you have it, the lightest pandan muffins of all time.
