Former child star Drake Bell is breaking his silence on his alleged abuse by former Nickelodeon dialogue coach Brian Peck, revealing his story in the upcoming documentary “Quiet On Set: The Dark Side Of Kids TV.”
Bell, known for his roles in “Drake & Josh” and “All That,” shares his experiences working with Peck, who was arrested by Los Angeles police in 2003 for “lewd acts with a child.” Peck, who served as a dialogue coach on Nickelodeon shows like “The Amanda Show” and “All That,” was later convicted of child molestation in 2004.
In the documentary, Bell, along with other former Nickelodeon stars, sheds light on the alleged abuse they faced while working in the industry. The project aims to expose the darker side of Nickelodeon’s TV empire, including allegations of abuse, sexism, racism, and inappropriate behavior with underage stars and crew.
Bell’s courage to come forward adds to the voices of former child stars who have spoken out against abuse in the industry, demanding accountability and protection for young actors.
