YouTube sensation, singer-songwriter, fitness and parkour enthusiast, Talitha has done it again!
Known for her soothing voice and her talent for songwriting, Talitha, (or fondly known as Tali) first dabbled into the entertainment industry about 6 years ago. Within a span of 6 years, Tali has performed on big and small stage alike, such as Sky Music Festival back in 2016 in Japan, LENKA’s Asia Tour and of course, Malaysia’s very own S.E.A Games 2017 closing ceremony.
With 1.6 million streams on Spotify for her single Okay whilst topping the charts of Malaysia’s airwaves, the 22-year-old lass appeared to be vibrant and bubbly during the launch of her EP titled BOYS on November 16th at Urbanscapes House.

Talitha’s collection of new heartbreak songs in her debut EP titled BOYS are the perfect tunes to listen to and cry yourself to sleep. Leading the EP is single “Fooled Me”, as Talitha completes her venture into the heartbreak experience with the project. To the curious ones out there, this EP tells a story of the struggles of modern dating, which would be relatable to anyone who has had their heart broken.

Talking about why she titled the EP – BOYS, Talitha explained, “All the songs in the EP were kinda triggered by boys. Not a boy, boys. Of course this works vice versa too, cause girls can be jerks too.” (One of the songs in the EP is also aptly titled GIRLS).
So it turns out that the EP came together in a relatively short period of time, with Tali penning down her experiences with her fans in mind and the music and songs came together really well. The EP is a sequence of tunes about the reality, expectations and disappointments relationships can bring. It tells about how often these struggles in love can leave us reeling in heartache.
The EP also features long-time fan favourite song, “Maple”, which was produced by Darren Ashley. On top of that, BOYS also features a remix of “slip through your veins” by Reddi Rocket.
