You can’t buy happiness but you can buy ice cream and that is pretty much the same thing!
Craving for something sweet? Kind Kones just released a new flavour,“Kampung Snickers” – a chocolate peanut butter fudge ice cream with toasted peanuts, combined with creamy coconut caramel swirls.
For those who don’t know, Kind Kones is an all natural vegan ice cream and dessert brand that offers healthier diet options for fellow Malaysians. In conjunction with International Women’s Day, Kind Kones collaborated with entrepreneur, TV host, and celebrity chef Ili Sulaiman, who was recently diagnosed with with polycystic ovarian syndrome (PCOS), a condition that affects a woman’s hormonal levels.
Behind the creation of this new flavour also lies an inspirational story. Living with PCOS, Ili has had to eliminate gluten, dairy products and processed sugar from her diet, all of which are thankfully excluded from Kind Kones menu. Despite being a taboo topic, Ili aspires to break the status quo by speaking openly about her issues surrounding hormonal imbalances, her lifestyle after this diagnosis and also share recipes of her current PCOS diet.

What’s even more amazing is that, RM2 from every sale between 8th of March to 8th of April will be donated to SEED Malaysia – a non profit organisation that provides safe space, shelter and medical care to individuals!
Who would’ve known that you can eat ice cream for a cause! What are you waiting for?!
