In case you weren’t aware, we are officially in the thick of the proposal season and here we have another influential couple who will soon tie the knot together. Junees’ now-fiancée Yow Teong surprised her by popping the big question during her family trip at Niseko, Japan.

2. Morvin Tan & Polina Samoylova
Another ‘I do!’ from none other than Morvin Tan, the COO of Berjaya Group and his Russian partner, Polina. This marks the second wedding to take place within the Tan family following the lavish wedding held by his sister, Chryseis Tan with husband, Faliq Nasimuddin just last year.
3. Leng Yein & Khen Chua
A big revelation happened on Valentine’s day when Leng Yein’s boyfriend finally made an appearance on her Instagram. The best part? Many of her followers gave their blessings and heartfelt messages, congratulating this happy couple.

Founder of The White Atelier, blogger and pretty mama, Careen Tan and her 2+1 family also celebrated Valentine’s Day together at a romantic restaurant. Careen, who just celebrated her 15th Valentine’s Day with Boon, also dedicated a sweet Instagram post, thanking her husband for putting in so much effort to make this extra special for their little family. How sweet!

Who would have know that a cozy stay-in date with candle lights and home-cooked steak with your Valentine can be this romantic? Malaysian fitness and lifestyle influencer, Karen Kho spent some time with her boo in an intimate setting which we thought is a brilliant idea!
6. Alicia Tan & Joseph Germani
Not every girl wants to be surprised with 99 roses or have fancy dinner on Valentine’s Day. Another couple who kept this very day just as simple but meaningful by running errands, working, and ending their night together with drive-thru McD’s. According to Alicia, simplicity like this could easily bring her joy as long as she is spending the moment right next to the love of her life!
