We got in touch with Mina and managed to interview her about her passion and also insights about her daily life.
Hello Mina! Please tell us more about yourself
I’m a lifestyle and beauty blogger that is a proud catmom of 2 but I came from a photography and video production background while also emceeing and hosting for TV programs.
When did you first discover makeup?
I came to know about makeup when I was 16 but got really good at it when I was around 20 years old after watching a lot of makeup tutorials on YouTube. I started experimenting with types of looks and makeup products which then prompt me to start a YT channel.
Describe your preferred make-up style
I like a no fuss look, something that’s simple and fast but polished. I prefer to spend more time perfecting my base makeup and then just popping on some nice fake lashes or a bold lip colour.
State your 3 must-have cosmetics wherever you go

Share with us some tips on how to make your make-up “on point”
I would definitely say the best overall tip would be to reevaluate your skin care because great skin will make any makeup style look “on point”. I must exfoliate my skin before makeup and taking the necessary steps to hydrate and nourish my face.
What is your favourite palette colour combination?
I love anything that’s warm and rosy. Pink-gold or peachy shimmer/glitter with light mauve and brown matte shadows to tie the look together.
Do you have a “daily look”? If YES, how long do you usually spend putting it on?
Definitely! My fav look usually takes me about 10 mins to put together when I have eyelash extensions applied but if not then it’ll take me no more than 15 mins to pop on mascara or lashes.
What is a typical day in your life?
I usually wake up at 9am to clean my apartment and sort my furkids out before going out to run any important errands. On a less busy day, I’ll take my time replying emails before squeezing in a short weight lifting session at home before planning my lunch or dinner.
Other than make-up, will you be venturing into something else?
No plans yet but I’m quite keen to focus more on photography and vlogging for my channel. Hopefully there will be more opportunities to try new things!
You have several posts on Instagram featuring your cats. Can share with us 3 fun facts about them?
They’re both biological brothers but they’re complete opposites now, they were once best friends but growing up has caused slight tension in their relationship. I rescued their grandmother 2 years ago and then she had a litter which was their mom and that led to their birth hahaha I have the whole family tree in my family house. One of them loves eating human food and fast food while the other prefers veggies and fruits. It’s always fun with them around!
What app/software do you use to edit your videos?
I use Final Cut Pro to edit all my videos cos it’s so simple and straight to the point.
What is your life motto?
My life motto would be to never lose sight of your dreams, they might just come true one day so persevere and stay determined to achieve your goals.
