We are all guilty as charged at one point to another because most of us have our very own hidden dirty little secrets in the form of outstanding summons. For those who have yet to settle their summons issued by MPSJ, news just got in that MPSJ is offering some discounts from 1st Feb till 30th April 2018.
Summons are usually fines issued in the form of “coupons’ by the council authorities due to various parking offences, such as illegal parking, double-parking, or parking at legitimate parking spaces but without first paying the parking meters.
Speaking from past experiences, depending on the offences, the fines range between RM 30 to RM100.
As stated in the visual above, MPSJ has lowered down the charges to RM10 only per ticket. That, my friend, is a lot of discount! Do take note that this offer is only applicable for all classes of motorists, except for:
1. Summons that were issued for offences under the MPSJ Road Transfer Order (Heavy Vehicle Ban) 2012 exceed 10 ton, and
2. Summons that have been brought to the court.
So, the best advice from us to you is that it’s about time to settle all the outstanding before they take serious actions against you, like taking you to the court.
