The name of the restaurant comes from its founder, a Malaysian who is obviously passionate about what he does. He relies on a domed wood-fired oven made by Stefano Ferrara, whose family has been manufacturing ovens for almost a century.
They make thin dough pizza instead of crispy pizza. The pizza is soft and not the usual crisp that you enjoy. Made by the chef himself, each pizza is individually created and served as a work of art rather than being presented in a traditional circular mould.

103 Coffee
103 Coffee is a café plus restaurant that is suitable for those who loves coffee and enjoy teatime as well. They serve up various of brunch, main courses, salad, desserts, and beverages. It will be difficult to miss this restaurant when driving past the row of shoplots nearby because of its wooden glass doors and rows of lanterns welcoming you inside. The welcoming ambiance offered by the wooden booth seats and old Japanese posters makes the place look attractive.
The restaurant is open from 12pm-2:30pm, 5pm-9:30pm on Monday to Thursday, 5pm-10:30pm on Friday, and 1pm to 10:30pm on weekends. They are closed on Monday. It is located just beside 103 Coffee.
