Golden Sunnyside Up in Pasar Seni MRT station

The founder and owner of Poh Sin Studio, artist Pamela Tan currently is having an art decoration at Pasar Seni MRT station. This is a collaboration between Pamela Tan and Poh Sin Studio. 

It called “sunnyside-up” and it’s installed at the stairs of gate A. The structure looks like trees and it’s lighten up with natural light from the window upstairs down to the underground floor.

The aim of this art installation is to brighten up daily commuters as they explore the city or head off to work, while greeting those on their journey home after a hard day’s toil, adding a small and joyful gesture towards KLites daily lives.

It’s located at Pasar Seni MRT Gate A. They also have a weaving workshop and be treated to a Mah Meri Dance performance by the Mah Meri Cultural Village.
