A cake straight out of your baking dreams.
Looking for a new recipe to try out during the lockdown? Well, Spice Kitchen and Bar got just the one for you! Here is a recipe for a 3-ingredient chocolate cake!
Here’s what you’ll need:
- 3 cups Chocolate Cookies, crushed to powder
- 1 1/2 cup Milk
- 2 1/4 tsp Baking Powder
- Cocoa powder & Sugar (optional)
Ready to get started?
- Put the cookies in a food processor, and pulse till it becomes powder. You’ll need 3 cups of this. If you don’t have a food processor, a blender would work fine too! (But if you don’t have a food processor and a blender, get yourself a ziplock bag and a hammer and get to work).
- Put all the cookie powder in a large bowl and sift in the baking powder, then roughly mix all the dry ingredients.
- If you feel that the mixture doesn’t have enough chocolate, sift in the cocoa powder here and mix well. (But, note that the cocoa powder might make it less sweet so add some sugar if you want).
- Add the milk to the mixture, and stir well until all of the mixture is combined. Make sure the milk is warm!
- Pour the mixture into a greased pan lined with parchment paper, and bake it in a preheated oven at 170°C for about 15 minutes.
- And you’re done!!
