Ever-since the corona virus has made its tour around the globe, we’ve all taken extra precautionary steps to avoid being infected with the virus.
But Canada’s chief public health officer had an intriguing advice for those who are looking to get into the sheets and play safe.
According to Rojak Daily, Dr Theresa Tam advised Canadians to wear face masks when having sex.
“Sex can be complicated in the time of COVID-19, especially for those without an intimate partner in their household or whose sexual partner is at higher risk for COVID-19.”
“Like other activities during COVID-19 that involve physical closeness, there are some things you can do to minimise the risk of getting infected and spreading the virus,” said Dr Theresa.
In addition, Dr Theresa also mentioned that refining from having sex with partners that have the symptoms is still the safest bet.
According to Rojak Daily, she added that kissing and face-to-face contact should be avoided altogether.
Well, I guess this is one tip that we should all take into consideration?
