The lovable character has been a part of the Marvel Universe since we can remember, and portrayed by the equally loveable Chris Evans.

Ever since the Avengers franchise closed its chapter, people were gutted because they know Chris Evans might never pick up another film playing Captain America ever again.
While news of this was circulating around for years before Avengers: Endgame premiered, rumours of Evans never picking up his vibranium shield were rather vague.
But now, we have a final answer.
In a recent interview with The Graham Norton show, Evans was asked if he would ever play the iconic character again. Sadly, Chris Evans decided that since Steve Roger’s story ended perfectly in the MCU, he should also end it alongside him.
“It was a great run and we went out on such a high note that it would be risky to revisit it in my opinion.”
He also added that it’ll be a “cash grab” if he decides to revisit it just to excite the audience without adding value to the story.
“It was such a good experience and I think it’s better left that way,” Evans told Norton.

While we are upset that we are never going to see a new movie with Evans as Captain America, we look forward to seeing his new projects.
