Do you know Charles and Keith?
On 8TH of January 2023, A 17 years old teenager named Zoe Gabriel shared her first “luxury” bag on TikTok. She mentioned that’s her first luxury bag which is from Charles and Keith and it’s a gift from her dad!
However, there’s a comment “Who’s gonna tell her” which indirectly set off a storm. This commenter claims that Charles and Keith is not a luxury brand and she was mocking her for considering Charles and Keith as a luxury brand.
Zoe replied to her comment in another TikTok and she tearfully explained that she wasn’t born in a rich family and couldn’t afford branded products. To her, Charles and Keith was a precious and luxurious brand because it was gifted by her dad. She also mentioned that this is her most expensive bag she ever had.

This news got attention and days later, Zoe was invited by Charles & Keith for a tour at the headquarters and to have lunch with its founders. During International Women’s Day, she was one of the models for International Women’s Day and also became one of their brand community ambassadors.
A handwritten note also accompanied Zoe’s Instagram post:
