1. Eggs
If you’re looking for a nutrient-packed breakfast that can be made in a jiffy, you’ll find eggs on the top of the list!
Eggs are extremely nutritious: rich in protein, vitamins and every other vital nutrient there is. A hard boil egg will take 7 minutes to do and easy to pack, throw in some cheese and an apple and you’re good to go!
2. Yoghurt
Yoghurt is both delicious and rich in protein. Here’s a tip: try finding creamier yoghurt that is more concentrated in protein! As yoghurt have relatively low levels of other nutrients, for a complete meal, pair it up with your favourite berries for some extra boost of sweetness and vitamins!
3. Oatmeals
In spite of their bland taste, oatmeals have remained one of the most popular choices of breakfast around the world. Not only that, oatmeals make a great base for a variety of toppings: brown sugar, cinnamon, milk or cheese, fruits, granola, and nuts.
