Scheduled as part of his Pandemonium 2023 world tour, the Japanese singer-songwriter expressed deep regret, citing health reasons for this unexpected turn of events.
In a heartfelt message, Joji wrote, “Unfortunately, I won’t be able to make it to my upcoming shows in Kuala Lumpur, Singapore, and Hong Kong due to health reasons. I will be back, I promise!” This revelation leaves fans both concerned for Joji’s well-being and eagerly awaiting his return to the stage.

Known for chart-toppers like “Glimpse of Us” and “SLOW DANCING IN THE DARK,” Joji was set to perform at Merdeka Hall tomorrow, November 30th. The Kuala Lumpur event organizer, Live Nation, confirmed the cancellation, assuring fans that ticket refund details would be announced soon.
“We regret to announce that Joji will not be able to continue his performance for his upcoming Pandemonium Asia show in Kuala Lumpur due to health reasons. Ticket refund details will be announced soon. We appreciate your patience and understanding and apologize for any inconvenience caused,” Live Nation conveyed in an Instagram post today.
Joji’s presence was also anticipated at ZoukOut 2023 in Singapore on December 2nd and in Hong Kong on December 3rd as part of the Asia leg of his tour. Having recently concluded performances in Taipei, Bangkok, and Manila, the unexpected cancellation has left fans across Asia expressing their support and hoping for Joji’s swift recovery.
