Want to go on a vacation? Maybe to somewhere nice and tropical? Exotic and mystical? Afraid you can’t get your off days in order? What if we tell you that you can now explore an ocean planet filled with mystery and excitement without leaving the comfort of your own home?
Yes! With the recent release of Subnautica from Developer and Publisher Unknown Worlds Entertainment. Subnautica was created with Charlie Cleaveland as game director.
Test your skills and face your fears in this underwater exploration game where you’ll have to juggle not only with looking for other survivors of a crashed spaceship, finding food and water but also struggle to find a cure for a deadly virus before it consumes you AND leaving the planet of course!
In Subnautica, you’ll have to travel deep underwater to find out what happened to the other survivors. Could they be alive? Explore vast ocean waters, dive deep into caves and even into a crashed ship.
Subnautica is a first person survival RPG game that definitely brings out the explorer in you as you struggle to survive and uncover secrets of this planet, there aren’t many games out there that come to mind when you think Underwater exploration done right! Did I mention that theres crafting?
With a ton of ships to help you navigate the dangerous yet calming waters, you’ll feel as though you truly have a chance to get off this planet : )
But, before you are able to build those ships, that range from a speedy ship to a big bulky submarine, you’ll have to swim around and look for blueprints to build them first! Cant build something without instructions now, can you?

And while you’re enjoying your swim time, be sure to come up for air! We’re not immortal you know, you’ll eventually be able to craft items that let you dive deeper and deeper and move further away from your starting life pod, but as you travel into the deep dark waters, be sure to keep an eye out of whats around you or even below you as you never truly know what might lurk in the dark abyss.
We wonder what happened here? Hmmm…
