The study also found that the size of the group also plays an important role because if the group has more than 5 friends, the necessary endorphins for happiness and wellbeing generated from funny conversations are less feasible.
This shows that the best recommendation for a girls outing is just with a maximum of 4 friends to achieve the best results.
