Simple yet delicious, what more could we possibly ask for?!
Whilst we’re all collectively socially distancing ourselves, many of us seem to be spending more and more time in the kitchen. Although whipping up a grand feast can be fulfilling, sometimes we just crave a quick homecooked meal/snack.
So here’s a recipe for a mug pizza that you could make, fuss-free. Yup. That’s right. No pots, no pans, no messy clean-ups after. All you need to make yourself this delicious mug treat is self-explanatory – a mug. Well, that and a handful of ingredients. It’s easy peasy lemon squeezy.
Ingredients:
- 4 Tbsp flour, 1/4 tsp baking powder
- 1/8 pinch of salt
- 3 Tbsp milk
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 Tbsp marinara tomato sauce
- mozzarella cheese, cut-up sausages or any toppings of choice
What to do next?
- Step 1: Add in all the dry ingredients into the mug and mix.
- Step 2: Pour in the olive oil and milk, stir it up thoroughly.
- Step 3: Spread the tomato marinara sauce evenly on top of the mixture. Then, top it off with mozzarella cheese, cut-up sausages.
- Step 4: Microwave for 1 minute and 30 seconds. After that, sprinkle some oregano while letting it cool.
