Yeah, you’ve heard it a million times, “drink more water”, “have at least 5 glasses a day”, and there is a reason for it! It helps give you that glow you’ve been trying to get, helps with digestion and gives you more energy. For some reason, drinking water seems like a chore to most, but having a pint isn’t, amirite? Do yourself and your body a favour. Buy yourself a cute cup with those twirly straws if it helps. Get into that H20!

It’s amusing how everyone basically professes their love for sleep but cheats on it all the time. How often do you hear someone complain about how tired they are, and never does anything to fix it? Eat.Work.DoEverythingElseButSleep.Repeat. I don’t care who you say you are, or how tough you claim to be, everyone needs at least 8 hours of rest, so you can slay tomorrow. Sufficient hours of sleep is extremely beneficial for the body and mind. The next time you have a night planned out but are sleep deprived, remember there will be other parties in the future. Treat your body to some good, beautiful rest.
