And already, brands are prepping to bring back our favourite mooncake flavours to celebrate this festive season.

Häagen-Dazs will be releasing 3 exquisite ranges of ice-cream mooncake that especially includes fun themes from Korea’s iconic pop culture Line Friends, Twinkle Night Mix, and Lune et Etoilles. Häagen-Dazs will definitely have us flying to the moon with these mooncakes!
Line fans will truly be thrilled with these limited-editions Häagen-Dazs mooncakes.

And you wouldn’t believe this unexpected mooncake flavour all the way in Hong Kong…
That was released by KFC – the Moonlight Bucket.
KFC’s Moonlight Bucket is specially designed as a lantern. It even emits LED light, that lets you carry around the bucket in the evening. Inside the bucket, you’d find savoury flavours of mooncake including the “Spicy Chicken and Nuts Mooncake”, and the “Golden Lava Custard Mooncake”

The lantern retails for approximately $35 USD in all Hong Kong’s KFC locations from the August 13 to September 10 this mid-autumn festival. This really gets us psyched up if KFC Malaysia would do the same!
