Every one will come across moments in your life where you feel like giving up. We all know that it’s easy to give up, but anything that’s worthwhile requires a certain amount of effort. At times, we just have to tell ourselves “I Can!” to motivate us to have grit and not give up in the face of adversity.
1. Persistence
Being persistent is the key to holding on! Remember the reason why you want to achieve something at the first place. Hold on to that reason and be persistent. It will help you move forward to achieve it.
2. Know thy challenges
There will be challenges throughout your journey in life; we have to identify the challenges in order to overcome it. When we are familiar with the challenges, then we will be able to embrace it.
3. Take a short break

We are only humans. We need to rest and recharge ourselves from time to time in order to strive better. Do something that you enjoy doing leisurely. Most importantly, you have to feel relaxed when you’re taking a break.
4. Be happy and grateful
It’s important to feel happy, it’s one of the main reasons to help us to do better. Think about the things that made you happy. On top of that, you should always be grateful for having another day to live. Remember, only dead people are people who doesn’t have a problem.
5. Share your goals
Sharing is caring! It’s never wrong to share your goals with someone who is close to you. In this way, he or she can keep track of your progress to make sure you’re actually making an action. In other words, find yourself an accountable buddy! Just in case you’re not on track, your buddy will be there for you!
