It’s no secret that shopping has gotten much easier since the 2010s.
Online shopping has saved us from the hassle of going to the physical stores by just a few clicks from the comfort of our home.
With Lazada, Shopee, and other brands offering up online shopping, this gives us more reasons to stay away from the mall! Taobao, from China, is one of them.
However, even with the ever-growing presence of online shopping, there are still people who would opt to shop for goodies from a typical brick-and-mortar store, having a feel of the product before making a purchase.
I mean, that’s also a good thing. You can’t try the things you buy online.
Things may change as Taobao will be opening a physical store in MyTown! Spanning over 5,000 square feet, it will cover a wide array of products of exclusively TaoBao products!
The up side? You won’t need Google Translate to buy Taobao things anymore.
The new store is set to open for business this 29 November, where you will get to see merchants from China products as well as locals. Shoppers will have to download the TaoBao app as items has to be scanned through a QR code and it is finalized in the app.
TaoBao products are cute looking and pleasant to look at! Surely, you’ll have to save to splurge…
Will you be willing to try out the TaoBao store? Let us know in the comments!
