Ramadhan Bazaar is a place where you can experience cross culture food. Known to be one of Malaysia’s food haven, Penang is the place where some of the best Ramadhan delicacies can be found. 1) Roti Jala, Murtabak, Capati

Whereas for Capati, you can find it in Taman Tun Sardon Ramadhan Bazaar where there is a stall that is famous for its Capati, called “Sulaiman Capati”.
2) Kuih Akok, Samosa, cakoi, donuts
If you are craving for kuih, you should really try Kuih Akok Stall which is located at Penang General Hospital Ramadhan Bazaar.

Kuih Akok is actually a traditional Kelantanese kuih that is sweet and soft which is cooked slowly using charcoal fire.

Other kuih you can try are Samosa which you can find it in Little India Ramadhan Bazaar whereas Taman Tun Sardon Ramadhan Bazaar is famous for its cakoi and donuts.

3) Nasi Briyani, Nasi campur, Nasi Dalca, Nasi Tomato,

Bayan Baru Mosque Ramadhan Bazaar is a bazaar where you can find a lot of rice-based dishes there. Nasi campur, Nasi Dalca, Nasi Tomato, and also Nasi Briyani, all can be found there.
4) Ayam Percik
How can we forget ayam percik!

Try you may but you’ll find it hard to resist ayam percik especially when it’s display right in front of you. This can be found at almost every Ramadhan Bazaar.
5) Air Telekom, Jus Amra, Sirap Bandung, Air Jagung, Iced Cocoa

You wouldn’t be surprise to see a blue-coloured drink in any Ramadhan Bazaar. It is called Air Telekom. You should try it! Of course, you can find it in Taman Tun Sardon Ramadhan Bazaar as it is famous for its drinks. Besides ‘Air Telekom’, you can also try Penang’s special Jus Amra, Sirap Bandung and Jagung there. Along Jalan Makloom, you will find that there is a beverage stall where there’s always an endless line of people lining up for the best iced cocoa drink.
